Despite a full schedule and the constant juggle of responsibilities, I’ve made it a priority to dedicate my experience and insights to guiding the leaders of tomorrow
I’ve met Peace back in 2023 at one of my fist workshops for students at USEK University in Lebanon. Her meaningful interaction during discussions and the thoughtful questions she posed during our workshop left a strong impression of a sharp and determined young mind. When the workshop ended she was the winner of the mentoring program, I felt a genuine spark of excitement for her potential. On a whim, I asked her to record a video explaining why she desired my mentorship, honestly expecting it to be a request too far amidst the demands of her own life. To my utter surprise, a heartfelt video arrived within days, her earnestness and clear vision making a compelling case. Despite navigating an incredibly demanding period myself, her proactive spirit and the clear potential I saw ignited a sense of responsibility I couldn’t ignore; saying no to such genuine drive simply wasn’t an option.
My approach to mentoring is focused and impactful. Recognizing the demands on my time, I prioritize quality over quantity in our interactions. This means we’ll focus on key areas where my experience can provide the most significant value, ensuring each session is purposeful and drives tangible results. I believe in empowering mentees to take ownership of their development, and our sessions will be structured to facilitate that growth efficiently:

We are officially starting our mentoring program!
Since participants are joining us from different countries and time zones, we want to make sure everyone can take part. Our sessions will be held once a month (2 hours each), and for the first class we are considering the following options:
Friday, 26th at 4:00 PM
Monday at 4:00 PM
Tuesday at 4:00 PM
